January’s Explorer Box features Dark Revelations, a strawberry tangerine cider, and Green is Gold, a lemon tonic cider.

This winters, Book of Nomad features grapes sourced from Brotherhood Winery, the oldest winery in the United States. This season we decided to explore how spent wine grape skins would co-ferment with our house cider and fruit. The interaction between these ingredients leads us to some pretty wild flavors that we cannot wait to share with you. Cheers to Winter!

Green is Gold, a lemon tonic cider inspired by a Bee’s Knees cocktail, is a dry, 6.9% cider that is crisp, refreshing, and should be paired with cold-air and long walks in the woods. First up in our GREEN PLANET CIDER SERIES gives back to you guessed it, mother earth. We are pledging to donate $5,000 trees to One Tree Planted who will plant 1 TREE PER DOLLAR DONATED. Thats 5,000 TREES!⁠
